BMW / Mercedes Exhaust Flap Valve — Titanium or Stainless, 63.5 / 76 mm
Universal fit: this goes into a system you are building, so we publish sizes and prices per variant rather than one vague 'fits most' claim.

Why this one
Every size is listed with its own price
Universal parts fail when the size is wrong. The table below carries every variant and what it costs, so you can check the OD against your pipe before paying.
How the part actually works
A universal component does a mechanical job — routing, silencing, or joining. The notes below explain what it does and what the installer still has to solve.
What is not included, said up front
Clamps, brackets, vacuum line and hardware are usually not in the box on universal parts. We list what ships so nothing is discovered mid-install.

In the box
The main item as shown. Clamps, gaskets and fitting hardware are not included unless this listing states otherwise.
Confirm your vehicle year, engine and connection dimensions before ordering.

From delivery to final check
Installation
Measure the pipe and the space for the body.
Cut and test-fit before welding.
Route any vacuum line first, with a check valve.
Weld, then leak-check before the first drive.
Before you order
Questions worth answering first.
What size do I need?
Measure your pipe outside diameter and compare it to the variant list. The table shows 10 options with the price for each — sizing is the whole decision on a universal part.
Is hardware included?
Normally not: clamps, brackets and vacuum line are supplied by the installer. The box contents row on this page states what actually ships.
Can I install it myself?
If you can weld and you have space for the body, yes. Where the part is weld-in, plan the fabrication before ordering — a universal part is a starting point, not a bolt-on.
Can it be returned?
Unused and unmodified, yes. Once welded or heat-cycled it cannot come back, because the part is permanently changed.
