What to check before ordering
- Size by tube outside diameter: a V-band is specified by pipe size, not flange outside diameter.
- Titanium pipe needs a titanium flange — welding titanium directly to stainless embrittles the joint.
- Vanjen weld flanges suit custom routing and need TIG welding.
